Followed by the introduction of the Qiao mountain tunnel project's basic situation, mainly narrated this project terrain, the landform and the climate characteristic. In third, according to the research on project risk management train of thought, in reference to the many domestic and foreign related on the basis of research results, with Qiao mountain tunnel project as an example, presents tunnel risk management problems, were the Qiao mountain tunnel project risk identification, risk assessment, risk, risk control and risk assessment. Specifically, in the fourth chapter, based on the basic Qiao mountain tunnel project risk identification, on this basis, identifies 68 basic risk factors, and construction of the project risk source statistics. Then by using the LEC evaluation method of Qiao mountain tunnel project evaluation, finally put forward the risk countermeasures.
