No Sweet without Sweat
“No sweet without sweat” is a old saying that means we can not get happiness without hard work.
It is known to all that if a sportsman wants to win the first prize，he will have to train himself hard. Why does the Chinese Table Tennis Team do so well？It is because they all train hard. It’s explains “No sweet without sweat” this old saying well.
“No sweet without sweat” is close to study. We all know time lost will never return. If we want to study well, we should devote our time to our studies and we should work hard.
Year ago, my English was very poor. So I started working hard at it. I practice reading and listening every morning and never leave today’s work for tomorrow. When I have difficulties, I always ask my friend or teacher for help. I have made great progress in my English.
So I know “no sweet without sweat” this old saying well.
