My holiday in the United Kingdom
Last summer, my parents and I went to London for vacation during my summer holiday period. We lived in our relatives home in order to have more chance to understand the British way of living.
The British people like to eat meat and fresh vegetables, especially potatoes. That's why they look bigger in size than Chinese people. Their riding habit is different to China : cars rid along the left side of the road. If the driver exceeds the speed limit, he/she will be fined.
British people don't like to be asked about their personal privacy such as their age and salary. Their people are polite in general. People will queue up automatically in bus stops or when making payments. Also they don't like to bargain on price as we do in China.
It was an interesting experience for the vacation.
