mrp controller is the user that responsible for some material replenishment. He is responsible for analysis of mrp result.
purchase reqesitor is the person create the PR. Normally if PR is convert from planned order the person should check planned order and release PR. The PR can convert to PO.
MD04 collective display mean check and analysis MD04 for a group of material.
