答案解释应将“when at its best can be creative and at its worst, destabilizing.”改为“which at its best can be creative and at its worst, destabilizing."为什么呢？ 我选的是“while at their best is creative and at their worst is destabilizing", 因为不理解答案中的那个逗号。

答案说这句话没有任何语法错误，可是为什么“creation"要用复数呢？

谢谢您的回答! 可是关于2，为什么不这样说呢“which at its best can be creative and at its worst can be destabilizing"，为什么要在destabilizing前有逗号呢？

其实完整的句子就是这样，由于前面出现了谓语 “can be”，所以后部分省略了，句子意思仍一目了然。英语中忌讳同样的语言元素在同句话中反复出现，destabilizing逗号只是表示语顿，没有其他意思。
