将一段apache的 .htaccess rewrite规则改成 IIS下的isapi_rewrite规则。能用的再加分

群网u423论坛有答案：其实我是这样想的，之前我也URL重写过，只要把.htaccess文件名用记事本打开存为IIS的文件就行了，好像后是缀名httpd.ini,你可以试试扔到根目录就行。
