My English teacher ,Mr Smith is a kind but strict teacher. we all like him very much. i remember one day i forgot to do my homework so i copied my classmate's. at that time my teacher Mr Smith came into the classroom and found what i did. he was really angry with me and criticized me . then he talked with me about it sincerely. after that i always thought he didn't like me any more because i made a serious mistake taht i wasnot honest, just like he said. but several days ago i had a fever at school. he looked after me well and i was moved. i really think he is a kind teacher. i hope he will be happy for ever

Everyone knows there was a serious earthquake on May 12th in Sichuan Province. Thousands of people died and houses collapsed. When I saw the photos, I was shocked. So I donated all of my pocket money to help the victims.Now, more and more people and volunteers go to disaster area to help people who are in trouble. I believe that we will overcome any difficulties and tomorrow will be better!

For example, cars have made the air unhealthy for people to breathe and poisonous gas is given off by factories. Trees on the hills have been cut down and waste water is being poured continuously into rivers.Furthermore, wherever we go today, we can find rubbish carelessly disposed. Pollution is, in fact, threatening our existence.
The earth is our home and we have the duty to take care of it for ourselves and for our later generations. Fortunately, more and more people have realized these problems. Measures have been taken to cope with these problems by the government. Laws have been passed to stop pollution. I hope the problem will be solved in the near future and our home will become better and better.
