女士们,先生们.我昨天刚从北京回来,这是我第一次来到祖国的首都.我先说说我第一次北京之行.刚下飞机,感觉一切都是新鲜的,我早早就起来观看升国旗.我参观了很多在中国很有名气的景点,也遇到了很多外国朋友.虽然有些紧张,我还是和他们聊天了,当他们用英语问到我中国的历史时,我就觉得自己英语水平真的很差,一点也不能用英语像他们讲述中国的历史.经过这次尴尬的经历后,我一定要努力学习英语,在下次遇到外国朋友时,我就不会感到紧张了.

I came back from Beijing yesterday and it was my first time that I had paid a visit to our capital. Let me talk about my firt trip to Beijing. As I got off the plane, everything seemed fresh to me. I got up early to see the flag- rising. I visited a lot of places of interest with great fame in China, and met many foreign friends. Although a little bit nervours, I still talked to them. When they asked me in English about Chinese history, I felt my English was so poor that I could hardly tell them about chinese history in English. After this embarassing experience, I have determined to work hard to learn English well. When I meet foreign friends next time, I will not be nervours again.

I just came back from Beijing yesterday.This is my first time to come to the capital of China.Fist, I want to say about my first visit to Beijing.I felt everything is so fresh when I got off the plane.I got up early to see flag-raising ceremony. I have visited so many places of interest and met a lot of foreign friends.I chated with them though I was a little bit nervous.When they asked me about the history of China,I was ashamed for I'm not able to relate it in English.My English is so poor.After this embarrassed experience,I determined to study hard. my own capital.let me introduce my first trip of beijing,when i got off the airplane , i feel refresh from everything. i got up
early to watch flag-rising,i visit many renowed spot in china.and met many foreign friend,eventually i talked with them though i had a bit nervours,when they queryed me about chinese history by english,i found i can't narrate the chinese history to them due to my poor english.so i determine to improve my english through this embarrassment.and then, i would feel nervours next time when i met foreign freigner
