根据下面的提示，用英语写一篇短文，介绍下岗女工刘亚茹，以便刊登在China Daily上。要求如下：
1.刘亚茹，济南一家纺织厂（weaving mill)的女工，在工厂工作已14年。
2.1992年，她失业了，当时她34岁。
3.刚开始，她呆在家里，既着急，又对找到另一份工作没信心。
4.一段时间后，她不再怕别人看不起她，到一家茶馆作了一名服务员（waitress)，工作干得很好。
5.现在许多顾客都愿光顾（call at)她所工作的这家茶馆。

Liu Yaru was a ordinary worker in a weaving mill in JiNan. She has worked here for 14 years.In 1922,she laid-off when she was only 34.
At first , she stayed at home worrying , and had no convince with a new work . She was so helpless.
As time went by , she was not afraid about others looked upon at her . She find a job at a tea house as a waitress , she worked hard .
Many visiters would like to call at the house where she worked .
Liu Yaru led a happy family!
