Requirements :
1)Experience in Engineering Management.
2)Experience with plastic parts in the form of moulding would be a plus.
3)Should be able to communicate in English with the Dutch partner.

1)Report directly to the General Manager and business partner in Europe on daily operations.
2)Overall in-charge for the production floor daily operation including planning, production, quality control, delivery and 5S.
3)Introduce and implement the new work cell system for production.

Requirements :
1)Experience in Assembly Factory Operation.
2)With technical and planning back ground will be a plus.
3)Should be able to communicate in English with the Dutch partner.
