No One Should Be Discriminated
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”.

According to the Declaration of Independence, everyone is free; everyone is supposed to be respected; everyone has the rights to pursuit happiness. These freedom and rights are mutual. Nevertheless, ever since the black were transported to America, they have been discriminated by the white both socially and politically. Just like what the Declaration of Independence said, all men are created equal. The black are not born to be discriminated. Attribute to the contributions made by the black, they deserve the respect from the white.
The black always play an important role in the development of the United States. In history, as the slaves of the white, the black were the main labor of America’s agriculture and industry. Besides, they actively took part in the American war of independence and the Anti-fascist war. Meanwhile, they made great contribution to America’s literary achievement, such as the first black female writer Tony Morrison who won the Nobel Prize, Alice Walker and so on. When it comes to music and sports, their achievements are almost the equal with those of the white.
All in all, the contributions made by the black are witnessed by all the people. They are not inferior to the white in any aspect and therefore they deserve the respect from the white. Every man is created equal and no one should be discriminated.
