Single factor and orthogonal experiments to screen the best extraction process. Finally get the optimum conditions parameters flash extraction with methanol as the extraction agent, methanol concentration of 90% and a temperature of 70 ℃, time was 1.5min. Determine the optimum extraction process can provide a reference for the industrial production of banana peel in the extraction process of polyphenols.

Using single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment to screen the best extraction process. Finally got the best process condition parameter is the flash extraction, with methanol as the extraction agent, methanol concentration was 90%, the temperature is 70 ℃, time of 1.5 min. The determination of optimum extraction process for industrial production of banana peel in the extraction process of polyphenols provide certain reference.
