这个是JSP不能被编译。你看错误中的提示
List cannot be resolved to a type An error occurred at line: 29 in the jsp file: /showlist.jsp
List类型都找不到，后面其他的提示也是类同，你把这个JSP的代码贴出来看看。
看看List、i 、u 这些用到的类是不是都在页面引入了。

我也遇到这种情况的，是自己安装的tomcat，不过用自带tomcat完全没问题，用oc4j也没问题
