vb图片在窗体中随意移动,但不移出窗体

添衫蠢信加image控件，加入图片。再添加timer控或轮档迟件。

画一个和窗体一样大的picturebox，再放个imagebox在袭明picturebox中，通过改变imagebox的位置移动图片。如果是鼠标拖动就把代码放到imagebox的mousedown/mousemove/此禅竖mouseup事件中，在mousemove中判定一下XY座标有森大没有出界
