陈述句改一般疑问句是把疑问词提前，把剩下的句子成分按顺序排列，最后加个问号即可。
如果该句没有疑问词，那就在句前加Do，（一般要根据主语和时态进行变形，第三人称做主语要改为Does,过去时一律用Did.）
然后把剩下的部分按照主谓宾的顺序排好，动词还原为原形，再加问号即可。
下面以第一句、第三句和第八句为例。这三例已可以代表这些句子所有的类型。

如第一句：Kate is good at playing tennis.
改成疑问句：
Is Kate good at playing tennis?
改成肯定句，第一句本来就是肯定句了。所以肯定句照抄，只要改成否定句就可以了。含be动词的改否定就在be动词的后面加not就可以了。
例：Kate isn't (即is not) good at playing tennis.
不含be动词的改成肯定句，只要在谓语前或表频率的副词前加do或does或did就可。
改否定句，只要在do或does或did后加not就可以了。
第三句：She often plays the piano on sunday.

疑问句：Does she often play the piano on sunday?

肯定句：She does often play the piano on sunday.

否定：She doesn't often play the piano on sunday.

第八句：His mother played bedminton yesterday.

疑问句：Did his mother play bedminton yesterday?

肯定句：His mother did play bedminton yesterday.

否定：His mother didn't play bedminton yesterday.
