Especially to the developing countries like China. “ Globalization has the effect of eliminating or reducing traditional borders between people”[2] and globalization made it easier for different countries to change their resources with each other. So it became easier for the students to study abroad. More and more family sent their children abroad to be overseas students.
However, the history and social circumstance are different now. Many of the students who went abroad for studying during these years would not want to make contributions to their motherland in deed. But is it really a good choice for the parents to send their children to go abroad to study as they hope that their children can get a happy life when they go back to home in the future? Can they get back their investment when they return home? It all depends.

但是，历史和社会环境已经和以往不同了。这些年里被送出国的留学生中，一大部分人的确都不愿意再为自己的祖国做出贡献。但是，家长把孩子送出国并期盼着他们回国后能过上幸福的生活，是一个明智的选择吗？那些海归一派回国后能挣回出国留学所付出的高额投资吗？这都要视情况而定啊。
