楼主，ie6，7是不支持用setAttribute来添加style和事件的，可以做如下修改：
div2.style.cssText="border:1px solid red;width:30px;height:20px;margin:3px;"
div2.onclick=function(){alert(1);}
这样就没问题了
div2.style.cssText="border:1px solid red;width:30px;height:20px;margin:3px;"
div2.onclick=function(){alert(1);}
这样就没问题了
