一、德育方面:
作为一名教师,我始终以“教书育人、为人师表”为已任,兢兢业业,勤勤恳恳。任现职以来,我要求自己不断增强业务素养,深入钻研教材,认真进行教学研究,坚持系统性、启发性、研究性的教学方法。 一年来,本人严格遵守学校的各项规章制度,不迟到,不早退,每学年都能做到全勤。工作中,任劳任怨,端正思想,热爱教育事业,随时服从工作安排,尊敬领导,团结同事,能正确处理好领导与同事之间的关系。
二.教学方面:
教学中,我坚决贯彻因材施教的原则,始终把学生的“学”放在教学的核心位置上,尽管有的班级学生基础差,但我相信每个学生都有各自的兴趣、特长。在教学内容和目标的实施上,不强求“齐头并进”,而是正视事实,追求“差异发展”。在教学方法的设计上,我突出落实激发学生的主体意识,激发学生的求知欲望。每一节课都要设计学生参与的问题,来引导和训练学生学习。开展形式多样的“一分钟演讲”,极大的刺激了学生的表现欲。在轻松之中锻炼了学生的语言表达能力及思维强化能力,起了很好的导向作用。任现职以来,我始终把教研放在重要的位置,把成为一个学者型的教师作为自己的奋斗目标。不断鞭策自己,勤奋学习。
现在我带了4个班,分别为:CP-146、CP-393、JC-31和JC-35。其中两个新概念班,一个青少版新概念班和一个剑桥一级班,这4个都为小高班。而两个新概念班的孩子有一半已进入初中学习,我突然感觉自己的压力很大,怕自己讲的东西没有吸引力而造成学生流失,又怕为了赶进度让孩子有压迫感从而对英语失去兴趣。所以在教学上不敢有丝毫松懈,进课堂之前把准备工作做到位。平时注意丰富自己,随时充电,加强自身基本功,不断创新教学方法,注重对学生各项能力的培养,认真备好每一节课。备课是一个必不可少,十分重要的环节,备学生,又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好,会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性。所以在今后要更加努力用心备好每一节课。
三.日常生活:
生活的本质原本就是平淡,但在小伦敦我觉得我的生活一点也不平淡。孩子们带给我很多快乐,和他们在一起更多的是开心的度过每一天。闲暇时候和同事们聚聚餐,放松下心情。在这里让我感受到了大家庭的温暖。
教书育人是塑造灵魂的综合性艺术,在现在的社会情况影响下,社会对教师的素质要求很高,所以我认为我会在今后的教育工作中,将立足实际,认真分析和研究好课程,教育好学生,争取学校领导,同事们的支持。完美的教育好每一个学生,还要更加严格的要求自己,努力工作,发扬优点,改正缺点,开拓前进。
最后,我认为我具备优秀教师的申请条件,在这里向校领导提出晋级申请。希望领导能鉴于我平时工作的努力及表现给予肯定和认可! 展开
