I am glad to hear from you. I always eat an egg, a cup of milk, and a peace of bread in the moring. For my lunch and dinner, I will choose one kind of meat and two kinds of vegetables. I am used to having fruits after the meals. I think it is good for my health. In my opinion, healthy food is important because I can get nutrition from it which helps me keep doctors away.
