I'm sorry that I can't go to school today because I am very tired. I caught a fever and a bad headache last night so I could not sleep. My mom took me to the clinic, the doctor told me that I was having a bad cold and gave me some advice. He told me to take some medicine three times a day after meals, and to stay in bed for three days. From now, I have to drink enough water everyday.

In the morning I felt not very well, so my mother took me to the hospital.早上起床的时候我感觉不舒服，所以我妈带我去医院看病
After an examination， the doctor said that I'd better stay at home and take a good rest.
检查以后，医生说我最好好好的呆在家休息
So I want to ask for one day leave.

I'm very sorry I can't go to school today, because I feel very ill. Yesterday my head hurt so my mother took me to the clinic.
