Each of us should stay healthy, which is the foundation of our activities. Here are some ways to stay healthy.

我们每个人都应该保持健康,因为健康是我们活动的基础。这里有一些保持健康的方法。

First, we should spend one to two hours a day in regular exercise; try to walk instead of ride. Second, we should eat some healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits and so on. They are able to help us maintain a healthy body.

首先,我们应该花一到两个小时来做定时锻炼;尽量步行来代替乘车。第二,我们应该多吃一些健康的食品,如蔬菜,水果等。它们能够帮助我们保持健康的身体。

When we are in trouble, try to relax our mood, listen to the soft music. It also enables us to maintain a good health. Finally there is a good sleep can also assure us a healthy body. We should sleep seven to eight hours a day to maintain adequate sleep. If we can do follow these advice, I believe we can have a healthy body, a better life.

The methods to keep us fit vary. In the morning, you can get up early, go outdoors, breathe the fresh air, and do physical exercises. Running and swimming are extremely helpful to keep one fit. If you are a busy person and have no special time allocated to do these things, there are still some ways useful for you to keep fit. The easiest way is to walk to your office instead of riding a bike or taking a bus. You also have to take a routine physical check - up. Your doctor will know the condition of your body most clearly, and he will give you the most valuable advice to keep fit. You should always try to make yourself happy. If you feel happy, you can eat well, sleep well, and your body is sure to be in an excellent condition.
Health is the most valuable possession a person expects in his life. Trying every means to keep fit is my advice to the people who want to live a happy life in this beautiful world.

How to keep fit?
The ways of keeping fit are various.Take me for an example,every morning i get up at 7 o'clock on time,then have a jogging aroud the graden to breathe the fresh air and build my body.After that, i will have a simple but rich-nutrition breakfast.Breakfast is very important for a healthy people.What's more,i will control my each eating quantity to cater to my body needs.No more,no less.
