“as + 形容词或副词原级 + as…”
或者是“ as + 形容词 + a + 单数名词 + as 意为“……和……一样…… " 。例如：He is as clever a boy as his brother .
我觉得这种问题只能硬性记忆。

第二个问题
不选a和b的原因是，主句已经有一个动词are，那么就不可能用第二个动词。
