When to use these conditions
These conditions are primarily intended to be used when the contractor’s personnel perform technical work at the customer’s premises. The work can either be independent from other contractual obligations or it can be an additional obligation in a contract for delivery of euqipment. The work can, for example, consist of erection work, supervision of erection, commissioning, repar, reconditioning, fault tracing or adjuestment. These conditions are not, however, intended to be used for purely intellectual work, such as design or computer programming.

The applicable rates shall be specified in the appendix. If the partires fail to do so or otherwies to agree rates, the customer shall, unless otherwise speicified in these conditions, pay at the rate and according to the conditions generalyy applied by the contractor.
The technical personnel provided by the contractor are in these conditions refered to as the personnel.
