Dear Mr. Headmaster,
I am Li Yue, a student from Class 1, Senior II. I am writing to draw your attention to some improper behavior among us students: littering and scribbling. It makes our school dirty and unpleasant, and does hard to the image of our school. I always feel ashamed whenever I see this. It is clearly not appropriate for a student to litter and scribble about.
I wonder if the school could place more dustbins around and set up specific rules against such behavior. At the same time, students should be encouraged to develop good habits and better behave themselves. I believe that, with the joint efforts of both teachers and students, our school will become a more enjoyable place in the near future.

英语作文写作技巧：
一、准确切题
考生应做到做题时认真审题，仔细阅读题目要求，对要写的作文要做到框架结构心中有数。特别是对于越来越提倡的“开放式”作文，要求考生针对有限的材料内容去尽情发挥，体裁可以多变多样，这就要求考生更加有的放矢了。
二、尽善尽美
一篇好的文章就如同一幢房子一样。首先，在结构上的构思独特会给人眼前一亮的感觉。然后，当进入到“房子”的里面时，优雅的内部“装潢”也会让人美不胜收。高考作文的评分标准分为五个基本档次。要达到好档次的作文（21-25分），必须做到：完成了试题规定的任务，覆盖了所有的要点，应用了较多的语法结构和词汇。
三、段落有致，层层连贯
一篇文章要达到表达流畅，逻辑连贯合理，叙述有序，必须有有效的连接成分，使文章能承上启下。建议考生在一些段意群的开头过渡部分用一些过渡性词语或短语。

They not only make our school dirty and unpleasant, but hurt our school image badly. I always feel ashamed whenever I see them. It is clearly not appropriate for a student to litter or scribble about. I hope that the school will have more bins around to put rubbish in, and rules that eliminate such annoying actions. At the same time, students should be encouraged to keep the campus clean, tidy and enjoyable. I believe that with the joint efforts of both teachers and students our school will become a more enjoyable place in the near future.
