今年夏天我参加了上海新东方泡泡少儿夏令营，担任助教工作。主要是协助中教，外教老师完成课程安排，维持课堂纪律，帮他们解答一些课堂的疑难问题，以及一些翻译工作。工作看似琐碎，却让我收获了很多。比如积累了一些教学经验，以及如何与学生沟通相处。在这过程中，我发现自己很喜欢和孩子们在一起的感觉，而且也越来越向往教育工作。很希望成为新东方的一员。谢谢。

This summer I went to the Shanghai New Oriental bubble children's summer camp, as an assistant work. The main is to assist in teaching, teachers completed the course arrangement, maintain classroom discipline, to help them solve some classroom problems, as well as some translation work. Work seemingly trivial, but let me gain a lot. For example, some experience in teaching, and how to communicate with students. This summer,Itook part in the PaoPao children's summer camp in New Oriental of ShangHai and I took the job-Teaching Assistant.The mian things I needed to do were assisting Chinese and foreign teachers complete the course arrangement, maintain classroom discipline, help them to answer some difficult problem in class and finally do some translation work.
