With the development of science and technology, our living standard is increasingly improved. Meanwhile, healthy eating has been a great concern in society.
We can see kinds of snack stalls along the streets and lanes. As a matter of fact, It seems even to become a food culture. However, there's no good eating those so-called local snacks. To gain more benefits,the vendors usually use illegally recycled waste cooking oil and overdue condiments,which are so harmful to our health.
As for those junk food from Mcdonald or KFC, we'd better not eat them constantly. There's a man in America once took his own experiment. He ate in KFC for half a year in a row. Then he had a thorough physical examination,which shocked and saddened him-the resistance and functions of his organs such as liver and kidney declined gradually.
In a word,for sake of healty,we should pay more attention in daily diet. And it's necessary to learn cooking and eat a balanced diet.
