How to Be healthy?
Good health is very important for every one,why?Because if we are sick ,we will feel bad and do not want to do anything.For example,we students wil not go to school and every other person will not go to work.And our society will also be in a bad situation.
How to be healthy then? First,you'd better take exercise every day.Second,you should also live a balanced life.
Of course,good health is not only a subject but also a good habit.
