Germany: The German dish is give priority to with acid and salt，the seasoning is more dense。They cooking method is give priority to with roast，stew. The German like meat especially likes to eat the sausage. The German sausage has 1500 kinds of sausage, many species throughout the world.
France: French cuisine pay attention to flavor, there are have many kind of spices. They are good at use wine to do the cooking. The ingredient has two elements, one is wine and other one is flavor. Whether it is dish or snack, it smells fragrant and tastes mellow and pleasant.

About Christmas:
England: In England, they think at Christmas people should eat very well. so Christmas dinner is very rich , For example pork , roast turkey , pudding ,pie and so on .Everybody has gifts and on Christmas mornings they are share gifts, everyone can sing Christmas carols.Germany: Germany is the country where X--mas trees come from. In Christmas Santa will give gifts to children .The evening before on children will clean their own boots, and put them in the doorway and on the next morning boots will have some gifts and candy. Now presents for the children are given in stockings. A lot of kids believe that Santa Claus delivers gifts by sled. Usually the presents are put under the family Christmas tree. On the evening of December 24th, families gather and celebrate。 At midnight, people will go to church meetings. On the 25th and 26th, there will be a big lunch and dinner, which is to celebrate the birth of Jesus. France: In Frence on the X--mas Eve people will go to church to attend midnight mass, when the mass finished, families and friends gather, share a meal, and give thanks for the blessings of good health, food, jobs, and families.

About wedding:

England: In a Traditional English wedding, the bride holds a cluster of flowers in her arms. The flower is a symbol of good fortune. If the marriage ceremony takes place in the suburbs，they will with guests step through the church and decorate the way with orange flowers. Many British weddings were held at noon, and then arranged a lunch meeting which they called wedding breakfast。The British wedding cakes were made by a large number of fruits and many walnuts. The top floor was called "Christening cake", which means "The birth of the bottle" and retained to the first baby born. Germany: The Germans have been devoted to sensibility and calm, but their wedding showed a wilder side.
