This account is only for capital examination, and will effectively have no meaning after the examination of registered capital, unless of course you are to raise the amount of the registered capital and add to your investment. Once capital examination is done and business license changed, your company will need to open another basic account, then you can transfer the dollar in your "capital examination only" account into your basic account.
I have mentioned it the other day, and you can open your basic account here in HSBC later.

RMB is the money in circulation here in China, it is necessary when you pay in China, therefore all of your invested capitals must be exchanged into RMB before you can use.
