PURPOSE OF MOU
NEUTRINOS and VAP have entered into a Twelve (12) months agreement from 10 November 2011 to 30th October 2012 for NEUTRINOS to supply ovia ™ products and appoint VAP as follows:
“Distribute and Business Partner on Agreed Territories" for the following cities:- Shanghai and Beijing within the country of China for Application in Marinetime.
In view of this MOU, both parties have expressed their common intention to continue the supplier-and-distributor relationship on the terms and conditions of the MOU. Both parties now wish to record the broad basis and principles of their relationship and have agreed to enter into this Memorandum of Understanding 展开
