在教育资源丰富的国家，它们把教育的质量放在首位，观察学生毕业之后的社会生存能力来考核教育的成效。提高学生的综合素质是它们的主要目标，不仅如此，在发达国家里几乎所有的大学都有一套完整的教学理念和程序，每个学院也有相关项目需要的完整的科研设备给学生使用。
综上这些都是国内大学不可比拟的，然而事实上国内大学的不及之处远远不止这些，因为这样，我选择了出国。

In a country with enrich education resources, the quality of education is priority. The country would consider the ability of student to adopt the society after graduate as a measure of the efficiency of its education. It aims at improving the comprehensive abilities of student and moreover the objective conditions are essential as well. In the developed countries, almost every university has its own complete teaching theories and processes and each department has the comprehensive facilities for the related subjects.
Overall, these advantages makes the university overseas more outstanding than the universities in China and that is the reason why I choose studying aboard.
