翻译已经有人翻了。但是我觉得你说的做自己不是很好，to be yourself, it's more like pursue one's dream, but as you said above , be yourself is more like" don't need to control yourself ", your eat ice cream despite the healthy problem,, you waste your time on games , it's not the "be yourself "really about.
