my name is li hua. i live in china. i am a postcard stamp collector and i have a strong passion for collecting stamps. so far i have collected up to more than 10 000 stamps from over 120 countries. there are really old stamps from WWII to the most recently released ones. there are ones from europe, north american, south american, and some are limited edition ones.
regarding the number of stamps that i have collected, i would like to apply for the person that has collected the greatest amount of stamps for the guinea record.
i'd like to know more informations about the rules and regulation to apply for it and the fees or any other process to enter the application procedure. i'd also like to know if i have qualified for it or being even close to qualify the person that has collected the most amount of stamps in the world. if i do please email me or phone me at blah blah
