这要看你所谓的“合作”是什么意思了。特别撇清这层关系是因为目前这客户对DDG有意见还是为何？不提背景，纯就字面翻译是比较容易误会。

如果 DDG 原先帮贵公司生产商品，那可直接说明“我们已经终止与DDG的生产合同”。用 affiliate 的确比较含糊笼统，主要是因为不清楚你方与DDG究竟是何关系。
