see sb doing sth 看到某人正在做某事
see sb do sth 看到到某人经常做某事或做过某事
例如：
When I was walking past the classroom, I saw Tom doing his homework.
当我走过教室时，我看到汤姆正在做作业。
I often see Tom do his homework in the classroom.
我经常看到汤姆在教室里做作业。

see是系动词，没有see to do sth，除非被动语态
see doing sth看见某人做某事，这件事可能还在发生
see do sth看见某人做某事，这件事已经结束了
I saw her sing.
我看见她正在唱歌，我看到的时候在唱
I often see her sing
我经常看到她唱歌，说话时已经不唱了
