I can not give you a perfect speech.but I hope that my thoughts would do you a favor.and I can tell you my thoughts only.
1.It is a common topic,nowadays,more and more people are talking about it.because they have realized the importance of learning English.
2.English actually is a language,so the best way to learn a language is using it.
3.Tell others about your English-learning ways.
4.In addition,practicing more and more,listening more and more,speaking more and more,doing exercises more and more and something else are also important.
5.examples are vital,after you have described your way,it is better to state a example,it is more convincing.
