Recently we had a survey about health.which shows more and more people are getting fat. 56 percent of them are healthy . 12 percent of them have high blood pressure. 12 percent of them are suffering from high levels of blood lipids.and 20 percent of them are obese. These will do harm to their health.So it is important to keep fit. I think we should take more exercise every day and keep a blanced diet .We should also have a good state of mind and combine work and pleasure together. On in this way can we keep fit.

How to keep fit
If you want to keep fit ,you should do the following things.You must exercise every day.You should try to eat lots of vegetables. You should eat lots of healthy foods.You should sleep nine hours every night.If you can do the things .you are doing to fit.
