need的用法

need可以作为实意动词，是及物动词，后加动词不定式to do或名词。否定形式常考与情态动词的区别，要区分开，实意动词否定形式是don't need to do不需要去做某事
need也是情态动词。后直接加动词原型。否定形式为needn't，needn't do sth不必做某事
一般情况下肯定的都用实意动词（need to do sth需要做某事）
一般用Must提问的否定回答是No,……needn't.
或还有一个用法，sth need to be done = sth need doing 某物需要被……
例如Flowers need to be watered.= Flowers need watering.
