Sorry, but Dec. 30 is the earliest date of delivery available, we are afraid that we can't make it earlier. Would you please try to talk to the customer? We would really appreciate your help. Thank you in advance!

We are very sorry. We tried our best to bring forward the delivery date, but 30th Dec. is the earlist day we can accept. If there is anything we can do to shift to an earlier date, we would do it. But there is nothing we can do. Please negotiate with the client again and your kind help would be high appreciated.

I am terribly sorry, Dec. 30th is the best delivery date we can manage. We really have no way to deliver earlier and we hope you can talk about this with customers. We really need your help!
