我不轻易做下什么诺言，只要努力过，做到问心无愧就好。因为以前表达能力不是很强，所以到了大学我想完善自己，我进入了广播台，经过了半学期的培训，我觉得我的表达能力确实变强了很多，起码别人不会听不懂我说的是什么了，我觉得这就是进步。我的英语基础很差，所以我每天早上去参加英语岛的早读，可能短时间内不能有什么成果，但是只要我坚持住，一定会有收获的。

I‘m slow to make a promise, as long as I have endeavoured and have a clear conscience.As my expression abilty was not so good before, I want to perfect myself when I'm in college.After half-semester train in the radio station,I can feel my expression abilty stronger,at least, I can have others undersood ,which I regard as a progress.
