A A A 第一个是with的复合结构，用排除法也可以做，如果选B或C的话那就应该是个从句，从句要有谓语成分，而这里being不能做谓语
第二个it做形式主语····第三个 如果选in which 后面就要有词与in 相搭配 因为这种句型 那个in 是从后面移过来的 例如：The school (that/which) he once studied in is very famous.= The school in which he once studied is very famous
