约定承诺
我现与Tamer先生约定从2011年12月15日起与Tamer先生所合作的一切事项，都以Tamer先生与我洽谈的标准需求执行并且我承诺如果出现任何问题将第一时间告知Tamer先生共同协商。若是由于我部造成的失误，我部将承担起所有经济及法律责任。若是由于双方共同造成的失误，将由双方共同协商解决。

I hereby agree with Mr. Tamer from December 15th, 2011 to cooperate. Everything should be implemented according to the standard that Mr. Tamer and I have agreed on. I promised that if any problems will arise, I will inform Mr. Tamer firstly and discuss with Mr. Tamer. If the fault is on us, we will undertake all financial and legal responsibilities caused. If the fault is on both sides, the problem will be solved based on mutual consultation.

on 15/12/2011 Mr Tamer and I agreed that all the business we co-operate must follow the terms and conditions which we had agreed with. I promise I will tell Mr Tamer at once if anything happen and discuss with Mr tamer. If I have done something wrong, I will take the relevant responsibility and compensation. If the problem have been caused by us, then we will discuss the solution.
