问一下,索爱W810,开机后就只有insert correct smart chip,这是怎么回事

我在一个英文网站上看到和你一样的问题：
my phone got wet a few weeks ago and now everytime i get it to "work" all it says is insert correct smart chip. whether i put in the chip from my old (current) phone or this one it says it. More then likely it's busted but is there any chance to fix this problem.. thanks btw my phone is a z300a

Sorry but this seems to be a smart chip problem. You can go to your nearest cingular store and they can get you a new smart chip within minutes
