你先不要着急翻译,这里面有几个大问题,估计你对国外房地产交易不熟悉。
1。配合逃税是违法的,任何人都不会接受,何况在有记录的信件文件中说。
2。原房主的贷款于买主无关。买主付款,房主交割房产,用所得售房款还贷。
3。买主如需贷款,自己找银行贷款。买方和卖方的银行贷款均由第三方的产权公司(Title Company) 托管交割。
4。必须使用房产所在国货币交割。
