安装了ansys12.0 后出现错误提示： could not create the file required to ...... 求大神帮助

安装了ansys12.0 后出现错误提示：
could not create the file required to determine which products are to be displayed in the lisence dropdown list.
Error:invalid file name"c:/users/……"specified for getuserprefs.
child process exited abnomally
this is a fatal error,exiting.
我是windows7系统

如果安装后可以使用，但过一段时间没有用，再次启动时报上述错误地话，你可以在
我的电脑（win7）的右键中找到
“管理—服务和应用程序—服务—Ansys,Inc,Lice”，然后右键“重新启动”，激活所有的ansys启动项，
再次打开就不会出现上述问题了！

打开任务管理器，找到正在运行的进程 lmgrd.exe，结束他
打开Ansys许可管理器（Server ANSLIC_ADMIN Utility），点击Stop the ANSYS。inc. License Manager。关闭后在开启Start the ANSYS。inc. License Manager。4. Found the process and click end process。
再打开ANsys
