1. i wanted to lose weight for many times before, but has no effect all the time. i have tried to be moderate in eating,do sporting,but all give up at last.because i am a "big stomach",and can"t stick to it,so to lose weight is so far from me .but if to keep fit really,i think the most effective way is doing sport .for example,running,swimming,playing basketball,etc.twice a week is best!
