1. To the companies, there is no doubt that large amount of money advertising can bring much more profit than you can imagine. So, almost all the companies of today, they must spend large amount of money advertising their products.
2. I'm not easily influenced by ads, but for sure, I 'll be influened by them a bit or more. Especially if the product is the one I want to have so badly. People should check the ads carefully but can't trust it fully.
3. Famous stars are can increas the percentage of the reliability but can't change it actual quality. So if young people buy things only following their stars, they might regret one day.

1:well, that depends on if the company is making a profit out of their ads or not, If their ads are good and smart that makes people remember their products then, go right ahead. On the other hand if their ads is vague and stupid and most importantly not true, then the company should spend more money and people on getting the quality of the product up first.
2:Me, sometimes, I think people should really look in to what they are buying and do a lot of research before they purchase, But if the customer are just too lazy then go by good ads and big brand, should be alright.
3:why not? let them dress the same way their idols' do, let them walk their idols' walk and then let them find out for themselves it's all for nothing, meaningless, They should only follow the one and only Lord and God of all--Jesus Christ, Came down to earth to save people from their sins, died on the cross to repay for what we can't pay ourselves and 3 days later raised again to life to be king of all.
