The permission for you to work in China has been approved (please refer to attachment). When you have arrived at Beijing, please give me your original passport, so that I can proceed to apply the alien employment permit for you (it will take about 5 days). When I get the employment permit, I will need your original passport and your temporary accommodation registration to apply for your China residence permit in the immigration office in Beijing (it will take about 10 days, during this period, your passport will be in the immigration office, so you cannot leave Beijing). So, when you have reached Beijing, the documents you have to provide for me are: original passport (I need to use it for 15 to 20 days) and the original copy of your temporary accommodation registration (you can ask Peter if you don’t understand this registration). While Employment Permit is OK, I need your original passport and temporary living certification in China to manage your living certification in China Departure and Entry office(about 10 workdays, during this period, your original passport shuould leave at China Departure and Entry office, and in these 10 days, you must stay in Beijing).
