9. The Parties will take measures to amicable settle all disputes and differences which may arise under the present Agreement or in connection with it. If not amicable settled, disputes arising in connection with this Agreement, shall be finally settled by arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce, Stockholm, Sweden and be considered according to rules on proceedings in this court, court decisions are final and binding both parties.
