我认为我的同学对我的印象是，我是一个很容易相处并且愿意帮助他人的人，我觉得这和我的性格有关，因为我是一个独立并且性格温和的人，在大学期间，我不仅能够和我的宿友融洽地相处，而且和班级里其他同学的关系也很好。我记得在大二我们搬宿舍的时候，由于男生的体力较好，我们很快地搬好了宿舍，但是我想到女生搬宿舍可能比较辛苦，我就发动班里的男同学去帮忙，并且得到了大家的积极响应，虽然最后大家都很累，但是这件事也增进了班级的团结，营造了同学互助的氛围。
我认为不管是在学习上或者是在以后的工作中，我都会继续保持这种与人为善、互帮互助的精神。
一方面，在进入新的工作岗位后，我不仅要尽快熟悉自己的工作范围和工作职责，而且要积极地向领导汇报自己的工作情况，与同事们和谐相处，共同营造良好的工作环境。

Easy going person and willing to help others that I guess is the first impression on me. Maybe that is to do with my personality , I am a real independent gentleman.
